PICA has several standing committees: Associate, Emerging Leaders, Fall Conference, PICA Awards and Wide Format Segment.

The PICA Associate Committee connects supplier members with the printing community through educational programs, webinars, and events. It fosters collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing in a non-competitive environment while providing suppliers with a voice in shaping PICA initiatives, supporting advocacy, and promoting industry growth.

The PICA Emerging Leaders program is dedicated to cultivating the next  generation of leaders in the printing industry. Aimed at professionals aged 38  and younger, the program provides a platform for personal and professional  growth. Our purpose is to engage students and young professionals through  collaborative opportunities, education, and mentorship, fostering development  and value creation for individuals and the industry. Our vision focuses on  development, value creation, and networking, while our mission is to engage,  empower, and advocate for young professionals as they learn to create value for  themselves, their companies, and the print-related industries.

The Fall Conference Committee identifies the most current and relevant  industry information essential to running a printing business and brings it to  PICA members through an affordable, actionable annual program. Covering key  areas including Technology, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Financial,  and Environmental topics, the committee ensures attendees leave with practical  insights they can apply immediately.

The PICA Awards Committee sets the annual theme, updates the Call for  Entries to reflect the latest printing technologies in the Carolinas, and  advises staff on all aspects of the Awards program. Committee members also play  a key role at the Awards Banquet, welcoming attendees and introducing sponsors.

The Wide Format Committee is a group of printers and suppliers whose primary  market is wide and grand format printing. They guide the Association in areas  of educational programs, webinars, and events. To help provide networking, and  knowledge-sharing in a non-competitive environment while providing this fast  growing segment a voice in shaping PICA initiatives, supporting advocacy, and  promoting industry growth.
