Quix PM is as simple for employees and managers to use as an app like Uber or Lyft. In return for this simplified approach, feedback is measured more frequently, generating a more accurate picture of performance. For HR, the increased measurement opens the door to use performance management results to build a more nuanced and complete picture of employee performance over time, identifying high-performers, problem employees, potential management issues and even hidden biases.

About the Presenters:
Chris McNarney has been in the IT field for 20 years, with the last 10 doing independent HRIS talent management consulting. He has extensive experience implementing talent management solutions at companies of all different sizes.
Melody Clinton has been in the HR field for over 12 years. Her experience at both domestic and global companies in HR Generalist, business partnership and HR Operations roles has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge on how performance management works across many populations of employees
