About the Presenter: Rachel Vradenburgh  has extensive experience managing all areas of HR within small to mid-sized businesses. She has been on the ground floor of three different company start-ups, overseeing the HR function in each of them as the organizations grew.  

Rachel graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in Speech Communications. She  has been certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) since 1999, and a Senior Certified Professional through SHRM (SHRM-SCP).
