The Behavioral Attributes of High Performing Teams

  • Looking at team performance from the individual team member perspective using The Ideal Team Player concept. The ideal team player is humble, hungry, and people smart (emotionally intelligent).
  • The attributes of the three dimensions will be discussed and the behavioral traits that can derail good team performance will be explained.
  • A discussion of how paradoxical behavior balance impacts team performance in the collective sense. The Team Paradox graph report will be used to explain this. Using an example report, we will discuss how to identify the team dynamics that determine how effective a team is at:
  • Working together
  • Making decisions and getting things done
  • Providing effective leadership to guide your company through difficult times

Member Pricing:

  • For the week (10 sessions) the cost for your company to have one login is $59 [set your folks up in the conference room].
  • For employees working remotely, there is an additional cost of $5 per login.
  • If you only want to participate in one or two of the sessions, you can do that as well. A la carte pricing is $25 per session for one login.
