Great Proposal Development Initiatives – That Create & Win Major Awards:

Changing Market Conditions:
Too many suppliers have a collection of Capabilities & Services their customers do not know about, or how and when to use. Additionally, suppliers tend to not know their customers’ sources of revenue, nor their customers’ primary performance objectives. This leads to suppliers’ “reactive working relationships,” not proactive working relationships.

Company Performance Benefits Expected:
However, armed with customer strategic information, a thoughtful and creative, ambitious supplier can initiate Proposals that accomplish one of two major objectives: (1) you either accomplish your Proposal’s objectives, or (2) you gain access to additional business that was not previously available to you, with the promise of “more to come.”

Key Knowledge Areas Introduced:
What resources and value your organization contains for targeted customers are too often not recognized. How to effectively present such resources & capabilities – for the mutual benefit of a targeted customer, the supplier, and the supplier’s suppliers.

Unusual Instruction Features:
Senior management from both organizations are ideally included in discussions – that often require multiple follow-up discussions over several months. Supplier Capabilities – are documented and presented in terms that benefit the target customer.

• Fee: $250 Deposit, after initial discussions plus an additional $500/Major Proposal developed – as the Coach for Client, plus $500/Day if onsite work at Client’s customer, plus any travel costs if required.
