Employee Surveys
Internal communications and supervision can almost always use improvement. Additionally, employee attitudes toward the company or supervision can be the result of misunderstandings, or poor communication skills, both of which can often be corrected. Without correction, company morale and productivity – can be less than it should be. And without anonymous feedback, such as would be facilitated by a 3rd party, learning of these opportunities to correct – can be nearly impossible.
Changing Market Conditions:
Employees, from the skills they bring, and the training they receive, and their capacity to effectively contribute in a sophisticated production environment – represent “invested capital” to a company, and its ownership. Skilled employee retention, and positive employee morale – are qualities to be nurtured, and treasured. Knowing what “soft issues” are available to be improved – can be the difference in an organization having a profitable year, or a not-so-profitable year.
Company Performance Benefits Expected:
Improved communications, improved morale, reduced employee turnover, improved productivity, reduced waste, improvements in spoilage, improved plant safety, improved absenteeism, lower costs, and improved profitability.
