Making a Difference

Thanks to the generous support of players, sponsors, and volunteers, the tournament raised funds to continue the PICA Foundation’s mission of education and workforce development. Proceeds supported:

  1. Scholarships for community college students studying Graphic Communications in NC & SC
  2. Undergraduate scholarships at Appalachian State University and Clemson University
  3. Continuing education for graphic arts teachers through the PrintForce Immersion Program
  4. Support for NC and SC SkillsUSA Graphics Contest winners to attend Nationals

Since its founding, the PICA Foundation has awarded more than $859,164 in scholarships alone to 970 students in North and South Carolina!

Tournament Highlights

  • Format: Captain’s Choice | Shotgun Start at Noon

  • Venue: Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation, Mint Hill, NC

  • Extras: Players warm up on the practice greens and driving range before hitting the course, and the day will wrap up with a post-tournament BBQ courtesy of Patrick Cleghorn of Prisco.
